About

Talwinder Sidhu (He/Him), BA, CYT-500 Yoga Teacher Training, TQUK Level 3 - Psychology, TQUK Level 2 - Understanding Autism, Author of the bestseller ‘Meditate: Breathe into meditation and awaken your potential.’

My name is Tal, and I’m an intuitive development coach, tarot reader, and meditation teacher based between the UK and BC, Canada.

I work online with people who feel stuck, disillusioned, or overwhelmed by life.

I often support women, neurodivergent, and LGBTQIA+ folks who want to unmask from social expectations and are trying to break free from the challenges of their lived experience.

As a queer person of colour, I understand the emotional pain, mental health struggles, and physical toll that living under discriminatory systems and oppressive ideologies can cause.

I can help you sort through your struggles, prioritise your challenges, and begin to unpack the impact of what you’ve been through so that you can rediscover your truth and breathe a little more freely again.

I’m no stranger to feeling like I wasn’t meant for this world, while also sensing deep inside that there was something here for me to find.

Fortunately, I was taught how to turn down the noise and distractions of material life just enough to hear my own voice and answer my calling. I was privileged to learn meditation as a child and have spent a lifetime listening and seeking the frequency of truth.

You don’t have to wait a lifetime, and you don’t have to start with meditation. I know how intimidating and difficult that can be. For most of my clients, it starts with a tarot reading.

I believe Tarot is an opportunity to hear your truth speak and I invite you to listen.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: I am not a therapist, doctor, or counsellor. I do not offer medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. My work is for education, reflection, and personal development. It is not a replacement for therapy, medical treatment, or crisis support. If it becomes clear in our work that you need therapeutic or emergency support, I will encourage you to reach out to appropriate services. You deserve that level of care.
