These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Truth Seeking Tarot and Talwinder Sidhu, including free tarot readings, paid tarot readings, meditation lessons, and coaching sessions delivered online.

By using this website, submitting a form, joining the waitlist, or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

All services offered are for personal development, education, reflection, and entertainment purposes only.

These services are not a substitute for:

  • medical advice

  • psychological or psychiatric care

  • therapy or counselling

  • legal or financial advice

  • emergency or crisis support

If you are in crisis or need urgent support, you should contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

2. Free Tarot Readings

Free tarot readings are:

  • single-card readings

  • delivered as a recorded video, not a live call

  • completed in the order of the waitlist

By requesting a free reading, you understand and agree that:

  • Your reading will be shared online and on social media.

  • Submitting the form confirms your consent for this.

  • If you are not comfortable with your reading being shared, you should not request a free reading.

Free readings are limited to one per person.

There is no guarantee of a specific turnaround time, but the aim is to complete readings within 3–5 days where possible.

3. Paid Tarot Readings, Meditation Lessons, and Coaching Sessions

Paid services are live online sessions delivered via Zoom or WhatsApp.

By booking a paid session, you agree that:

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

  • You are responsible for attending at the agreed time using the link or method provided.

  • You will ensure you have a suitable internet connection and environment for the session.

These sessions are structured, supportive conversations and guided practices. They are not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the session time.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may not be refundable.

  • Failure to attend (no-show) may result in the session being marked as completed without refund.

  • In exceptional circumstances, discretion may be applied.

If the practitioner needs to reschedule for any reason, you will be offered an alternative time.

5. Personal Responsibility

You understand that:

  • All insights, interpretations, guidance, and practices are offered as reflective tools.

  • You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

  • No guarantees are made about specific results from any reading, session, or lesson.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Artificial Intelligence is not used to generate or interpret tarot readings, meditation guidance, or coaching content.

AI tools may be used only for administrative or editorial purposes (for example, editing written posts or captions).

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your personal information is treated with care and used only for:

  • delivering your reading or session

  • communicating with you about your booking

  • maintaining internal records

Free readings are shared publicly as part of this service. By submitting the free reading form, you consent to this.

Paid sessions are treated as confidential and are not recorded or shared.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, written materials, session structures, and teachings remain the intellectual property of Talwinder Sidhu and Truth Seeking Tarot.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any material without permission.

9. Suitability

Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

These services may not be suitable for individuals experiencing severe mental distress, active trauma crisis, or psychiatric instability. In such cases, appropriate professional support should be sought.

10. Limitation of Liability

Truth Seeking Tarot and Talwinder are not liable for:

  • decisions you make following a reading or session

  • technical issues outside of reasonable control

  • indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the services
